Dear Colleagues
Thank you so very much for all your hard work yesterday . You all worked tirelessly and I know some of you got very wet! You give up your time and put in such effort for the runners I find it all very emotional.
I hope you enjoyed your day and that most of you got your medals,Very best wishes Susie Jones. Physiotherapy organiser The London Marathon 2012
Rachel. You’ve helped me enormously over the years and I so value your friendship and expertise.
Allowing someone to both stand on you and insert needles into you, is a true test of trust and that is what makes you such a great physio and teacher. No doubt I will seek you out for more laying on of hands but I simply try and concentrate on the things I can do, not what I cannot do
Just to update you with my progress with the exercises you gave me. They have helped so much. I’m down to about 1 Gabapentin a day , although I do take the odd Ibuprofen. I occasionally wake up in pain but a few exercises helps to calm things down
I just wanted to thank you again for the miraculous result with my coccyx injury. Within two weeks I was completely off all the pain killers and although I occasionally get a twingy day, most of the time I don’t give it a thought. I still do my exercises , although I haven’t gone back to yoga yet. MA
Thank you for the class earlier, they are really good and are stopping the back problems I used to have which is great.
Thank you so much for making me flexible again TM Blewbury .
